Your appraiser will analyze new comparables and your home’s market area fresh 2 times a year. Additionally, you can send in any substantial work your have had done on your home since your last value update. This can be completed from the comfort of your own home with an option of no home visit from the appraiser.

Your home value report will be delivered securely to your personal email address. You may view it anytime after the trimester has ended. Our reports are neatly formatted and the value conclusion is explained in a way that anyone will understand. You can view the top three comparables used, as well as a market conditions report, which essentially analyzes your home’s neighborhood trends.
