Our Spark desktop appraisal is less comprehensive than a full appraisal, but just as accurate and much more affordable and practical. We offer two products: the typical single appraisal and our new subscription program which provides two desktop appraisal reports per year to help you stay on top of your home value. For our single appraisals products we can quote a price through our online submission form, email, text, or by phone call. You can head over to our “contact us” page or click here to reach the submission form where we can directly quote you on an appraisal for your property. Make sure to include the full address of the property you need appraised, along with the reason you need the appraisal and we will get back to you with a quote the same day. Our standard appraisal includes an optional full inspection of your home and a report back within 2-5 business days.
Our second and newest product is the Spark Appraisal Program! Twice a year you will receive a home appraisal report that clearly and accurately shows your home’s true value. Stay up to date on not only your home value but also the conditions of your homes market area. The average appraisal cost $400 to $600, stay up to date and informed for half that cost with our new subscription program. All you have to do is sign up and your assigned appraisal will reach out to you by email with a few questions regarding your home. You can describe or take pictures of any work done you have had to your home, the appraiser will then use that information along with online sources like the MLS and county records to build your customized appraisal report.
